HOW TO USE IT:

Cut and adapt to size.

Insert the insole when the foot is clean.

The fleece must be placed at the top in contact with the foot, leaving the gel in contact with the sole of the shoe. Remove the original insoles from the shoes if it bothers you.

You have to use the insoles in both feet.

Wash with neutral soap and water.
