HOW TO USE IT:

Insert the heel cup in the back of the shoe, making sure it is put in a correct way.

The adhesive Velcro prevents the movement of the heel cup.

The heel cup may be washed with neutral soap and water.

 

RECOMMENDATIONS:

Always use the heel cushions for the two feet (except when medically prescribed otherwise).
