HOW TO USE IT:
Clean the shoe sole area where the pad is going to be stuck. Position the pad using the adhesive.
It is important to place them at the correct height in the shoe, with the widest part in contact with the metatarsals.
They must be on the correct size (left and right).
CARE AND PRECAUTIONS:
Use always the cushion in both feet.
