HOW TO USE IT:
Insert the heel cup in the back of the shoe, making sure it is put in a correct way.
The heel cup may be washed with neutral soap and water.
After each wash, sprinkle a bit of talcum powder.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Use always the two heel cups for both feet (except when it is medically prescribed).
