HOW TO USE IT:
Insert the heel cup in the back of the shoe.
Choose the right size.
The concave part of the heel cup must be at the bottom.
CARE AND RECOMMENDATIONS:
Do not use the heel cup where it will be in contact with open or bloody wounds.

Wash with neutral soap and water.
