HOW TO USE IT: Cut and adapt it to your feet size. Use on clean footwear. The lining should be placed in upper side contacting with our foot, leaving the gel in contact with the lower side. Remove the original shoe insole if it feels uncomfortable. Keep away from children.

COMPOSITION: Polymer GEL + Synthetic “Knitted fabric” as lining that maintains the foot dry.
