The adhesive prevents the pad from sliding or slipping out of open shoes.
HOW TO USE IT:
Clean the shoe sole area where the pad is going to be stuck. Position the pad using the adhesive.
It is important to place them at the correct height in the shoe, with the widest part in contact with the metatarsals.
They must be on the right size (left and right).
